drought, cyclone, and human-made disasters, e.g., threatened or real terrorist attacks,
sabotage, civil disorders, revolutions, strikes, riots, wars, explosions, rebellions,
lockouts, government acts, labour disputes, accidents or breakdown of plant or
machinery, shortage of materials, bugs in third party software, failure by a utility
provider (including gas, electricity, internet or telecom network provider) to provide
services and any actions or omissions of third parties beyond its reasonable control
under which it is challenging for us to comply with our obligations under the sales
agreement.
As a responsible high-end retailer, we will try our level best to deliver your orders within
a specific schedule. This schedule may vary in case of any unavoidable circumstances
(please check the Force Majeure) If you provide incorrect personal data or shipping
addresses during the purchase process, we shall not be liable for the non-delivery of
goods/products.
If our delivery agent does not find anyone available to receive the ordered products at
the given delivery address, the agent will make multiple phone calls to the phone number
provided by the customer. If the customer is unreachable, the agent will leave the
delivery address with the product. We will try to deliver the product on the next business
day and if we are unable to do so, the order will be deemed to be canceled. The
customer needs to order again to get the product.
