How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information that we and our service providers collect to conduct
our business and to provide you with the best possible maternity products, services, and
experience. We may collect and use your information to provide you products and
services, notify you of product recalls or safety issues, process and respond to your
application for current or future career opportunities, process membership requests,
respond to your comments, questions, or complaints, determine your satisfaction with
our programs and services, and personalize your experiences. If you ask us to, we may
send you marketing communications and other information regarding our maternity
products, services, and special events. We also use your personal information for
security, payment processing, analytics, fraud detection and prevention, reporting,
backups, and legal compliance.

Payment Policy

There will be two types of payment options: Cash on Delivery & Online Payment.

Cash on Deliver

You can avail cash on delivery facilities across Bangladesh. Our delivery agent will
collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered product(s) for customers inside
Dhaka. For customers outside Dhaka, the due amount must be paid to the courier service
before collecting the product(s).

Online Payment

We are using bKash & SSL-Commerz payment gateway to receive online payments
securely. Azzmira’s Aura accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express
(debit, credit, and gift cards), and Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, etc.). 

The total billed amount for your order will be charged to your credit card after approval.
An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your mobile number linked to your card for
authentication.
Your order will automatically be canceled if the charged amount exceeds the credit limit
on your card.

Shipping Policy

Azzmira’s Aura highly values the urgency of your orders. We ensure that your ordered
maternity products reach your door in the fastest possible time. Once your order is
confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Customer Services Department.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
 Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 02 working days
 Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 07 working days
 Inside Dhaka delivery charge: 70 Taka
 Outside Dhaka delivery charge: 150 Taka
After receiving the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes for you to check
the product. If there are any issues, you can contact our Customer Services Department
and return the product instantly. We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
Please note that we work with a third-party shipping company to deliver orders. Hence,
the delivery process is not entirely in our control. We apologize for any damage and
promise to compensate accordingly.
