At Azzmira’s Aura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below to understand how you can return or exchange items purchased from our online store.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear) for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 01305549633 or azzmirasaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges

Exchange Process:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours at 01305549633 or azzmirasaura@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
